Richard has called the Triangle home since birth! Raised by a Nurse and a Professor Richard was taught to have compassion and also follow through in everything he does. After many years spent in management fields Richard decided to combine his true passion for entrepreneurship and older homes when he earned his Real Estate License in 2006 and jumped right into sales and real estate investing.

One of Richards favorite school memories is visiting the Governors Mansion for the first time but instead of the Governors home it was the Second Empire inspired Heck House that captivated him. From that point on he was hooked on older and historic homes.

Over the past four years Richard has consistently earned the respect and adoration of his clients. Many who have gone on to refer their friends and family members. Richard works tirelessly to find the best homes for his clients and makes sure he is available for them after closing to offer help and guidance.

When he is not selling real estate Richard spends time with his close knit family including his 2 kids and the newest addition LB a friendly puppy given to him by one of his Clients who needed to find the pup a good home. Richard is also very active in his College Park Neighborhood often hosting the neighborhood monthly dinner in his home. Richard attends First Baptist in Downtown Raleigh.
